New features, enhancements, and fixes for Patter’s February 5, 2025 release

For Admins in Admin Hub

New Features
  • Additional AllAboard Codes Added -  For clients who have migrated from the Legacy to NextGen platform, and/or clients using Single Sign On (SSO), those unique AllAboard Code have been added to the main dashboard page along with their standard AllAboard Code for easier access.
Fixes & Enhancements
  • Checkbox Alignment on Batch Edit Screen -  The selection check boxes are now properly aligned with the respective user information for batch editing users in the “My People” section of the Content Hub.
  • Multiple Tag Approvals -  The tag approval modal window now remains open upon a tag approval so that Administrators can more easily approve multiple users’ tags in a single session.
  • Tag Approval Search Improvements -  The Search capability within the Tag Approvals section now searches all pages versus the individual, selected page.
  • Push Notification Shows Correct State on Content Review Page  -  Prior to sending a push notification, the Content Review and validation page now properly displays the state of push notifications as being set as “On” or “Off” based on the Administrator’s configuration of the notification.

New Features
  • Push Notifications on Multiple Devices -  Users will now receive push notifications on all the devices for which they are logged in, regardless of platform (iOS and/or Android) to ensure notifications are received.
Fixes & Enhancements
  • Placeholder Image for Compact View  -  A placeholder image has been added to the Compact View in place of white space when no image has been selected by the Administrator for an improved User experience.
  • PDF Displays Showing in as Web View vs. Download  -  for customers migrated from Legacy to NextGen, any migrated PDFs that were accessed via a GoodLink will now open in a Web View versus requiring a download for an improved User experience.
